With a temperature range of -10° C to +70° C, this gate valve can handle up to 10% solid matter. However, for temperatures of 0° C and below, insulation is essential.

 

This resilient seat gate valve is designed according to BS5163 Type B and EN 1074 part 1 & 2, making it an ideal choice for water and wastewater applications. The face-to-face dimensions of the valve comply with EN 558 Table 2 Basic Series 3, while the standard flange drilling conforms to EN1092-2 (ISO 7005-2) and has a PN 10/16 rating.

AVK Ductile Iron Gate Valve PN16 Product Description :-

• Temperature Range : -10°C to +70°C. Solid matter 10%.
• Maximum working pressure of 16 Bar.

• Designed according to BS EN 1074-2 ANNEX B (BS 5163 / TYPE B)

• Hydraulic Test according to EN 1074-1 & 2 / EN 12266

The AVK Malaysia gate valve also comes with a cap top as standard, providing protection from dust and debris. The valve has a ductile iron wedge that is fully vulcanized with EPDM rubber, ensuring a long-lasting seal. Additionally, the O-ring stem seals are replaceable under pressure, making maintenance easy.
